Seminar Successfully Shaping Change Processes in the Team – on 4 + 5 June 2021

13. Jan 2021

On Friday, 4 June and Saturday, 5 June, a seminar will be held at the PHWT in Rombergstraße 40 in Vechta from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the topic of “Change Processes”. Under the direction of Prof. Dr. Jens Eschenbächer, the seminar will focus on how consciously designed changes in a company can give your employees security and motivation. Use the opportunity to transform the pressure for change from inside and outside into energy for your project and thus refresh the self-image of your organisation. This seminar looks at the aspects of strategy, structure and culture.

The PHWT event will take place over two days and will cover, among other things, the topic of how to promote the motivation of employees and supervisors to change. Concrete case studies for the analysis of a change process will be vividly presented. Lecturer input, group exercises, documented discussions and also moderated field reports make the seminar varied. Managers as well as employees who want to optimise their change competences are equally welcome.

The number of participants is for 8-12 people and costs 499.00 euros per person, including snacks, drinks and seminar documents. Member companies of the PHWT receive a 10 percent discount. After the end of the event, you will receive a certificate of participation.

Of course, the appointment can only take place if the situation allows it. We have prepared a detailed hygiene and distance concept that is sent to all participants before the first module. Our seminar rooms are equipped with high-quality room air cleaners that filter more than 90% of the viruses and bacteria present in the air.

Registrations can be made by email to info@phwt.de or by telephone on 04441/915-0.
