As a partner company, you will be in personal contact with the PHWT just as your future junior staff will be at the university. We advise you professionally from the request to become a partner, the search for the ideal applicants and even beyond the graduation of your applicants in full.
If you are not using the PHWT training opportunity for your own junior staff, but would like to support excellent training opportunities in the region, membership in our PHWT Members and Businesses Association e. V. will enable you to do so.
The training companies among the member companies are regularly informed about the work of the PHWT. You will receive our PHWT-Report as an information letter with the current topics of the work of the PHWT. Furthermore, you will be invited to so-called “coordination group meetings” specific to your study area.

The member companies of the PHWT are united in the PHWT Members and Companies Association e.V. (PHWT e.V.). In the meantime, a network of over 200 partner companies from the region has been formed, which is committed to promoting and improving training opportunities in the region.
Among them are companies that use the study concept of the PHWT for their trainees as well as those that support the education of future specialists and executives in the region through their membership without their own benefit. The admission to the association is carried out by means of an application for membership.
