Free taster seminar on PHWT leadership training on 15 May 2021

05. Jan 2021

On Saturday, 15 May 2021, a taster seminar on PHWT leadership training in the first half of 2021 will be held at Rombergstraße 40 in Vechta from 9 am – 12 pm. Those interested can get a first insight there about the seminars that contribute to professional and personal development and impart specialist knowledge.

The PHWT leadership training is aimed at both managers and employees who would like to advance to a leadership position and offers further qualification opportunities under the motto “What do good leaders need in our region? Prof. Dr. Dieter Gerhold lectures on topics such as “Confident and authentic appearance”, “Reflecting on the challenges of the leadership position”, “Success through knowledge of human nature” and “Optimising personal leadership behaviour”. The leadership training is a 6-month training and development measure that includes 4 modules and supporting supervision.

Of course, the dates described above can only take place if the situation allows it. We have prepared a detailed hygiene and distance concept which is sent to all participants before the first module. Our seminar rooms are equipped with high-quality room air cleaners that filter more than 90 % of the viruses and bacteria present in the air.

Registrations can be made at info@phwt.de or by telephone on 04441/915-0.
